It is divided into three compartments for easy organization and has an additional outside pocket. The top swings open for easy access to all of your files and has a locking buckle strap to secure it. The Brown Briefcase features Brass Hardware and the Black Briefcase features Nickle Hardware. Comfort handle and removable shoulder strap with comfort pad.
